Michelle Della Fortuna is an educational leader with 18 years of experience in public education serving as both a mathematics educator and mathematics supervisor. Throughout her career, she has been committed to advancing high-quality teaching and learning through instructional leadership, curriculum development, professional learning, and continuous improvement.
Michelle currently serves as the Vice President of Finance and Strategy for an educational nonprofit organization, where she supports strategic planning, organizational growth, and sustainable operations. She remains passionate about building the leadership capacity of educators and creating meaningful professional learning experiences that positively impact schools and students.
Michelle is a graduate of the Learning Forward Academy (Class of 2024) and is an active member of the Association of Mathematics Teachers of New Jersey (AMTNJ), where she supports initiatives that promote excellence in mathematics education.
